Shipping & Return Policy

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

 

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours and provide a picture of the damaged item. We will offer you the option to replace the product or issue a refund.

 

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, unless it's a special order. Shipping rates are based on USPS prices and may change, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS.

If your order was placed as a "Pick up" option, we will contact you when your order is ready as we can meet in Coshocton or Mount Vernon Ohio areas for "Local" pick up which could include farmers markets etc., that we are set up at.
